1. Scope
These terms apply to this site and the digital products sold through it (textbook style packs, KDP templates, bundles and subscriptions).
2. Purchase and delivery
Products are offered to customers in the United States, priced and charged in US dollars (USD). The Korean pages are for information only.
Payment and file delivery are handled by the checkout provider (Lemon Squeezy), which acts as merchant of record and calculates applicable US sales tax. Its terms and receipt also apply.
After payment you receive a time-limited download link by email or in the provider’s order history.
3. Refunds
Because these are digital goods, purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded. If a file does not open or does not match its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase (draft — check local consumer law).
4. Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
5. License
What you may do with the files is set out in the license.
